Pricing is based on the details of your move, including the number of bedrooms, stairs, distance, and special items like appliances or workout equipment. Give us the details, and we’ll make sure your quote accounts for what your move actually needs.
No panic. Moves don’t always go exactly according to plan. Since local moves are hourly, we’ll keep working and communicate with you along the way.
A week or two ahead is best—the more notice, the better. Moving last minute? Call us right away and we’ll see what we can make work.
Things happen. Contact us as soon as you know something has changed, and we’ll work with you based on our availability.
Absolutely. Whether it’s a new couch from a store, a Facebook Marketplace find, or furniture from another home, we can pick it up and get it where it needs to go.
Ideally, boxes should be packed and ready to go when we arrive. If there’s something you’re unsure about, just let us know beforehand so we can plan for it.
Every move is covered. At the beginning of your move, you’ll choose between Basic Value Protection and Full Value Protection, so you know exactly what level of coverage applies before we get started.
Tell us about anything fragile or especially important when we confirm your move. We wrap glass, art, and electronics in protective material. Our movers are trained to pack fragile things with care. Your breakables arrive in one piece.
We’ll handle it according to the protection option you selected at the beginning of your move, either Basic or Full Value Protection—and walk you through the next steps.
Yes. Some hazardous, flammable, perishable, or otherwise unsafe items can’t go on the truck. If you’re wondering about something specific, ask us before moving day.
